TERMS OF USE

 

Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern the provision of our services by Funded Traders Arena (AvalonCapitalFX) (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By submitting your accounts to us for passing the evaluation phase and managing funded

accounts, you agree to abide by these Terms.

 

Trading Activities: As the account owner, you agree not to engage in any trading activities

whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to opening or closing trades. Our account managers are solely responsible for conducting all trading activities on your account. Any client-initiated trading activity without our knowledge and consent may result in the immediate termination of our contract.

 

Account Monitoring: While you may log in to your account for monitoring purposes, such as

checking trading progress, you agree not to take any actions on your account. Interactions are

limited to viewing only, and opening or closing trades is strictly prohibited.

 

Trading Decisions: The management of your account is at our sole discretion. To ensure efficient operations and the maintenance of stable trading psychology, we kindly request that you refrain from giving us instructions on how we should conduct our work or trade your accounts. We employ our own methodologies, strategies, and experience to make decisions, all aimed at the potential profitability of your account.

 

Communication: Communication between us and the client (in this case, the account owner)

should be strictly for essential issues and on an important basis only. To ensure that we maintain our focus on trading activities and risk management, we require that non-essential

communications be kept to a minimum.

 

• Additional Terms:

Account Size and Enrollment: The minimum account size is $50,000, and the maximum is

$2,000,000. We will enroll a maximum of 120 accounts/clients. Once the spots are filled, we will not be accepting any more clients.

 

Professionalism: We expect our clients to maintain a high degree of professionalism. Any form of harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of our partnership with you.

 

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these conditions. We look forward to working with you and assisting you in achieving your financial goals.
